Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping

We can only ship your order based on the information you provide at checkout. Whether you are ordering for yourself or for someone else, please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of resending it. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A signature may be required on delivery, so we recommend using a home or office address where someone can receive the parcel.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During restocks, launches, and sale periods, processing may take longer.

International delivery (worldwide)

International orders may be delayed by customs clearance in the destination country, which is outside our control. By placing an order, you accept the risk of delays caused by your country's customs process.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. You are responsible for paying any charges your country applies on arrival. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because these charges are not paid, we are not able to issue a refund.

We reserve the right to request additional fees for large or heavy shipments, or to cancel and refund such orders. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email us at admin@unsaturated.xyz with your order number and photos where relevant. We will help you raise the matter with the courier. Claims for damage caused in transit are handled by the courier, and we will assist you in filing them.
